چکیده
Abstract The psychological effects of low-dose caffeine combined with polyphenols from apples have rarely been explored scientifically yet synergistic are plausible. A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled cross-over experiment was used to test the apple extract beverages 10, 20, 37.5, and 75 mg caffeine.
